Return Period
You may request a return or cancellation of services within 7 days of the service completion date, provided that the service has not been fully utilized or the event has not taken place.
For consultation services, you may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the service must not have been fully completed, and the event for which the service was intended must not have occurred. Decorative items provided as part of our service must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
Services that have been fully completed or events that have already taken place are not eligible for return. Customized or personalized services may be subject to different return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items and may refuse returns if items are damaged, used, or not in their original condition.
Cost of Return Shipping
If you are returning decorative items or materials provided as part of our service, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or defective items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
If the return is due to our error or if items are defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost, depending on the circumstances and any costs we have already incurred.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a solution that minimizes any inconvenience or additional costs.
Refund Procedure
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us. We will investigate and ensure that your refund is processed correctly.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency and using the same payment method as the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only a portion of the service is eligible for return, or where items are returned in less than original condition.
